Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam in partnership with Wrexham County Borough Council are extremely proud to announce that the St David’s Day Parade is returning for 2026!
The colourful and exciting celebrations will begin with the parade that will congregate in front of the Guildhall (Llwyn Isaf) before 1:00pm on Sunday the 1st of March 2026.

After the parade we will gather again on Llwyn Isaf to sing the National Anthem and Calon Lân together with local artist Andy Hickie.
The day is expected to be a fun filled day for the whole community as exciting activities have been planned by various community groups and organisations around the city, including live music on Queen’s Square and a chance to enjoy the monthly market.
The Mayor Cllr. Tina Mannering said:
“The St David’s Day Parade in Wrexham is one of the highlights of the year for the city. It brings the community together to celebrate Welsh culture and heritage and I am sure that 2026 will be no exception. As Saint David himself said “Be joyful, keep the faith and do the little things”, so come along on 1st March and enjoy the celebrations.”

Everyone’s invited to join us to celebrate our patron saint – a warm welcome to all!
Anyone interested in volunteering during the day should contact Carys Knight at Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam on 01352 744 040 or email carys@menterfflintwrecsam.cymru .
