Welcome to Gwyddgig!

Gwyddgig is Mold’s new Welsh community festival which is a celebration of the arts and culture with live music, workshops for young people and families, chats for learners and more.

So here is extending an invitation for you to come and join us on Daniel Owen Square on 15th June 2024 – and all of this is FREE!

There will be workshops and activities of all kinds in the buildings in and around Daniel Owen Square, including the library, Daniel Owen Centre, The Masonic Hall and St Mary’s Church Hall. Some of the activities have limited places so you will need to book a ticket FOR FREE to secure your place on the sessions below by visiting Menter Iaith Fflint a Wrecsam’s ticket site.

  • Baby Massage with Cymraeg i Blant
  • Symud Gyda Tedi with Hanna Medi
  • DJ Workshops with DJ Dilys

We are fortunate to welcome Mared Williams a’r Band on the 15th June to close out festival with music and entertainment at St. Mary’s Church at 7:30 PM.
